Our Core Beliefs
There are many crucial aspects of delivering a successful project and one of the most significant is the quality of the relationship between the sponsor and CRO. The importance of teams sharing the same approach, values and ethics and the ability of project managers to forge positive relationships with all stakeholders, cannot be underestimated.
As a family-run and owned business, our culture is unique amongst CROs and our flat organisational structures, open channels of communication and flexible supportive approach, mean we’ve gained a reputation for being great to work with. Our focus on attracting, training, resourcing and retaining the best talent in the industry, has proved a key strategic investment which continues to pay us dividends and finds clients repeatedly asking for particular staff to work on their projects again.
CDSS relaunched and divided into Illingworth Research Ltd and ResearchNurses.co
The company unites as Illingworth Research Group.
“While we are happy to expand, the supportive working environment created by a family-owned and family-run business has developed exceptional staff able to support and add value to clients and projects and this is something we are determined to maintain.” Helen Springford, Vice President of Strategic Development.
Establishing our Research Nursing services in Australia enables us to offer an improved service internationally and constant technological advances ensures our medical photography services continue to develop and improve in quality as well as make the service more accessible on devices. Technology has also recently influenced our CRO offering in that 2017 saw us begin to offer eTMF services via Montrium.
